Hailing from Eel Pie Island, London, England Mystery Jets are a prog/psychedelia-influenced British indie band who refer to as many genres as they like without being bound by any of them. Formed in 2005, the band consists of Blaine Harrison (lead vocals, keyboards), his father Henry Harrison (guitar, backing vocals), William Rees (lead guitar), Kai Fish (bass) and Kapil Trivedi (drums). Due to health problems, Henry Harrison no longer tours with the band, but is still involved in writing and recording.
Simply Red are an English pop band, formed in the mid 1980s. Simply Red's roots originate from the notorious 1976 Sex Pistols gig at the Lesser Free Trade Hall in Manchester. Manchester art student Mick Hucknall was one of the many young music fans present (along with original members of The Fall, Joy Division, The Smiths and Buzzcocks) who was inspired to form a band after witnessing that gig. The first incarnation of the band was a punk group called The Frantic Elevators.

Wild Beasts are a 4 piece band from Kendal, United Kingdom now based in Leeds, UK. Their debut single, Brave Bulging Buoyant Clairvoyants backed with The Old Dog was released on Bad Sneakers Records on 20th November 2006. Their second single Through Dark Night backed with Please, Sir was released 23rd April as their last single on Bad Sneakers. In February 2007 the band signed to Domino Records.
The Kooks are an indie band which formed in Brighton, England, United Kingdom in 2004. The band currently consists of Luke Pritchard (vocals, guitar), Hugh Harris (guitar), Peter Denton (bass) and Nick Millard (drums). Nick is currently filling in for Paul Garred due to a recent arm injury. They have released three studio albums; their 2006 debut Inside in/Inside Out peaked at number two on the UK Albums Chart, and their 2008 follow up Konk reached number one.
