Hunting Grounds

There are at least 2 bands known as Hunting Grounds. 1) Hunting Grounds (formerly known as Howl) is a six-piece rock band from Ballarat, Victoria that changed their name in 2011. They have two EPs under the name Howl, self-titled and Brothers In Violence, both released in 2010. 2) Hunting Grounds is a four-piece rock band that began to coalesce in a Ballard, WA basement August in 2009. Hunting Grounds creates aural soundscapes using turbulent, spacious, overdriven guitars, retro synth textures, multiple singers, all balanced by bass and drums rooted in straight-up rock rhythms.
