Astral People present the debut performance of UK Garage and bassline don, DJ Q at The Civic Underground in June.After our most outrageous party to date with DJ EZ in 2013, Astral People are excited to bring back the ruckus with legendary BBC radio host and UK Garage producer DJ Q.As one of the leading Garage DJs and producers in the UK, Q was best known for his stint on BBC 1Xtra where he (as the youngest DJ at the station) held down a weekly show with guest slots for Annie Mac, Mary Anne Hobbs and Pete Tong's Essential Mix. With a string of legendary singles including 'Love Like This', 'Teabag' and the severe 'You Wot!' his recent output continues to shine with a series of EP's on his own Q Records and Local Action, (including the instant sell-out 'Brandy & Coke').
