Bonding over a shared love of NZ music and passion for making their own, Six60 formed after meeting at a Kora concert in 2006. Three members flatted together as Otago Uni students, spending countless hours in their recording studio (Eli's room) at number 660 on notorious Castle St.

Songs are a Sydney based band (featuring members of New Zealand's post-punk wailers This Night Creeps and Ela Stiles of sisterly-duo The Said Sos) that do only simple things. From their single-syllable handle to their hand-drawn artwork to their music itself; it all has to be simple. Born in mid-2007, Songs have only been playing to the public as of this year (2008). Steve Ignorant
Steve Ignorant is a singer and artist. He co-founded the anarchist punk rock band Crass with Penny Rimbaud in 1977, and has worked with other groups including Conflict, Schwartzeneggar (sic), The Stratford Mercenaries and Current 93 (under the name Stephen Intelligent) as well as being an occasional solo performer. He is also a sculptor, and has worked as a traditional Punch and Judy performer using the name Professor Ignorant. In recent years he has developed an interest in the history of traditional east London music hall performance.

Hook n Sling
Sydney-born DJ and producer Hook N Sling, aka Anthony Maniscalco is recognised as one of the most exciting genre-blending house producers to come on the scene in recent years, a title which has led him to places most only dream about. In 2007, he pumped up the opening party for We Love Space in Ibiza before jetting off to the likes of the US & China. His track 'The Bump' a collaboration with fellow Aussie, Kid Kenobi raked in a coveted ARIA nomination after becoming a worldwide smash and buzz chart number one. It even had the likes of James Zabiela playing it as his encore record.
