Labrinth (b. Timothy McKenzie), is a UK rapper, singer-songwriter & producer (currently, signed to Syco). He rose to national fame in 2010, for his work with Tinie Tempah, on: chart-topper Pass Out & #2-hit follow-up Frisky. Let The Sun Shine, Labrinth's début solo single, was released on September 27th 2010 and debuted at #3 on the UK Singles Chart after a highly publicised chart battle with long-time collaborator Tinie Tempah.
British Sea Power are a four-man indie rock band based in Brighton, England, although three of the band hail originally from Kendal in Cumbria. Their style encompasses sweeping and often epic guitar pop with more visceral, angular and esoteric noises and instruments. Critics have likened their sound to a variety of groups, from The Cure to Pixies. They have released four albums and a number of EPs (most on Rough Trade) since they formed in 2000. Does It Offend You, Yeah? are an alternative/electronic band which formed in Reading, England in 2006. The band currently consists of James Rushent (vocals, guitar), Matty Derham (guitar, synthesizer), Chloe Duveaux (bass), Dan Coop (synthesizer) and Rob Bloomfield (drums). Guitarist Morgan Quaintance left the band in mid-2009. They released their first album, You Have No Idea What You're Getting Yourself Into on March 24, 2008. They are currently recording their follow up album, Don't Say We Didn't Warn You.
Two Door Cinema Club is a Bangor and Donaghadee, Northern Ireland, UK, electropop / alternative band, formed 2007, consisting of Alex Trimble (vocals, guitar), Kevin Baird (bass, vocals), Sam Halliday (guitar, vocals) and, live only, Benjamin Thompson (drums). The band has released three albums: "Tourist History" (2010), "Beacon" (2012) and "Gameshow" (2016).
The band's name resulted from Halliday's mispronunciation of the local cinema's name, Tudor Cinema.
In December 2009, they were featured in the BBC's Sound Of 2010 Poll (of 165 British 'taste-makers').
Tourist History was preceded by Kitsuné singles "Something Good Can Work" (Apr 2009), "I Can Talk" / "I Can Talk Remixes" (Nov 2009) and "Undercover Martyn" (Feb 2010). Status Quo are a british rock band with strong boogie line. The group was founded by bassist Alan Lancaster and guitarist Francis Rossi in 1962. They began as a rock and roll freakbeat band called The Spectres. By 1967, with very little commercial success, they discovered psychedelia and changed their name to Traffic (later Traffic Jam, to avoid confusion with Steve Winwood's Traffic.) At this time the line-up also included organist Roy Lynes and drummer John Coghlan.

Culture Club was a popular 1980s pop group, perhaps most noticeable for their gender-bending frontman Boy George. The other members of the band were Roy Hay on guitars and keyboards, Mikey Craig playing bass and Jon Moss (ex Damned, London, Adam and the Ants) on drums.
