The Chariot

There are five bands with a similar name: 1. "The Chariot" The Chariot is a metalcore band signed to newly formed label Good Fight Music after putting out their prior three studio albums through Solid State Records. The Chariot was formed in 2003 by ex-Norma Jean front man Josh Scogin. Their debut full length album "Everything Is Alive, Everything Is Breathing, Nothing Is Dead, And Nothing Is Bleeding" was recorded entirely in one take, and was unmastered, which gave it more of a raw feel that was very similar to their live sound.

"Se bon ki ra", a Haitian proverb meaning Good is Rare, is a reflection of the current state of world affairs, human nature, governing bodies and the universe in general Presenting Australia’s next up and coming metal project featuring ex and current members from Sector III, Chakkra, Hammad, Fury, Obdurate Seduction and Truth Corroded. Since sebonkira's first show in November 07 they been busy on the local scene.

Anything by this 'artist' in your music library should be removed from Last.fm. Forming in early 2009 WeCanBreatheInSpace is a strong Six piece mixture of aspiring musicians and best friends who came together to make music and play shows. Already acquiring many achievements since their first show in August, headlining their third show, Playing with international Metal giants (USA) band Haste the Day for their fourth show, Winning the Joondalup City Battle of the Bands getting to play at the 2010 Scorcher Festival and acquiring recording time with Loop Studios (the same producers who recorded the latest Birds Of Tokyo album)...

Stories

There have been at least two bands with the name 'Stories' (as opposed to 'The Stories'). 1) Stories was a short-lived art rock band based out of New York City in the early 1970s. The band consisted of keyboardist Michael Brown (ex-The Left Banke), bassist/vocalist Ian Lloyd, guitarist Steve Love, and drummer Bryan Madey, and had a fluke hit with a cover of Hot Chocolate's "Brother Louie" on their second album ABOUT US. Brown left the band by their third album. 2) Stories is a Metalcore band from Sydney, Australia. (http://www.myspace.com/storiesau)

Broadway

There are at least three bands with this name: "Broadway(FL) burst back into the scene in 2007 with the release of their self titled EP. Recorded and produced by Lee Dyess (From First to Last,Chasing Victory, Mayday Parade) the cd showcases the many sides of the band. The powerful drums are the backbone to the cd, and the guitars and vocals can only be described as melodic yet intense. The EP is lined with music that goes from a beautiful masterpiece, to a creative and unique destruction in a matter of seconds, all while somehow keeping the focus on the catchy vocals.

The Daylight Curse

The Daylight Curse are a five piece band from Maroochydore, Sunshine coast, Queensland, Australia.
They are a metal/hardcore band.
Widely recognized for their energetic stage performances and down to earth approach to the music scene, this is one band that is proving they are worth taking note of. With the help of Strike 1 Records the band released their first CD titled 'While I Breathe I Hope' and have recently recorded their second effort 'Black And White Memories" 8 tracks of brutal, melodic metal. Protest The Hero

Protest the Hero is a band from Whitby, Ontario. Formed in 1999, when they were just 14 years old, they originally used the name Happy Go Lucky, but changed their name before releasing their first EP, A Calculated Use of Sound, to Protest the Hero. This was followed by the release of their first full length, Kezia, on the indie label Underground Operations. On January 23, 2006 the band officially signed with Vagrant Records for Kezia's United States release.

Oh Sleeper

Oddly enough, failure is the binding fabric that held the members of recently formed Oh Sleeper together and kept them from slowly embedding themselves further in defeat. "Everyone in this project refused to continue on with our lives until weve made the difference that we are supposed to make in music." says drummer Ryan Conley. Scattered in different corners of the country, something bigger brought these guys together in April of 2006.

Lamb of God

Lamb of God is an American metal band, originally formed under the name Burn the Priest. The roots of Lamb of God were planted in the year 1990, when Mark Morton, Chris Adler and John Campbell were bros at Virginia Commonwealth University. The trio began playing at Adler's house in Richmond weathering chilly conditions. "There was no heat in the house," recalls Campbell. "We would hang around the kerosene heaters, get really drunk and write metal songs. Fumes and Black Label beer were definitely what fueled our early days."
